Multiple Choice Exercise

Instructions:
This page generates multiple choice exercises. You save time because this page automatically generates the programming code for your page, you only have to put in the content. You can make up to 20 questions, with up to 5 choices for each question. To make less than 20 questions or less than 5 options, just leave the boxes empty. When you are ready, click the 'Create Exercise' button at the bottom of the page.

The exercise structure is a developmental one: as a user clicks a multiple choice answer, the page jumps to the feedback for that answer. If the user gets the wrong answer the user can then click to go back to the question and try again, or you can add an internet address for the user to click on to go to for more information. If the user gets the right answer, the link after the feedback leads to the next question.

Type in the title for your exercise here: << You can edit this.

You can write any text that the questions are based on, or any instructions, in this box:

It is good page design to put in a link to your homepage. Fill in the Internet address of your homepage here: <<You can edit this.

To save the generated page, use the File menu at the top left of the screen, and click 'Save'.
Your page will not work until AFTER you have saved it. You can save the generated page onto your computer, and then put it on your server. If you don't have a server, you can set up a free site on Tripod, and then upload the file to it.
If you are using a Netscape browser, delete the part of the html code that says <base href =, up to the first >.

Here is the raw html code that you can copy (useful if you are having difficulties saving your page):
