To save the generated page, use the File menu at the top left of the screen, and click 'Save'.
Your page will not work until AFTER you have saved it. You can save the generated page onto your computer, and then put it on your server. If you don't have a server, you can set up a free site on Tripod, and then upload the file to it.
If you are using a Netscape browser, delete the part of the html code that says <base href =, up to the first >.
